About the Role
Floor Tech Tiles & Flooring Materials is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive for polyurethane chemical products. This commission-only role involves B2B sales, field visits, and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for various Polyurethane chemicals throughout the UAE
- Generate qualified sales leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and business development activities
- Visit potential customers and present products professionally
- Build long term relationships with manufacturers, contractors, distributors, installers, and industrial clients
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (B2B sales experience preferred)
- Experience in construction materials, industrial chemicals, flooring, landscaping, or related industries is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, proactive, and target driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid UAE Residence Visa (mandatory)
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Own vehicle (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel across the UAE to meet customers
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)

Compensation & Overview
- Compensation: Commission Only (Commission on each sales + Expense Reimbursement)
- Marketing & Sales Executive needed for a growing brand of high quality Polyurethane Chemical solutions serving customers across the UAE & GCC.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in building customer relationships, generating new business, and earning an excellent income through a highly rewarding recurring commission structure.

Compensation & Benefits
- Attractive Recurring Commission (Can lead upto 20 30k per month in commission with good performance)
- Recurring commission of 5%–10% on Gross Sales Revenue.
