- Market and sell office spaces, virtual offices, and business centre services
- Generate leads through networking, direct marketing, and client referrals
- Conduct client meetings, office viewings, and follow ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Fluent in English and at least one of Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu
- Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of generating new business opportunities
- Previous experience in business centres, office leasing, real estate, or B2B sales is preferred

- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive for our Business Centre in Dubai.
Contract Terms
- Initial contract period of 6 months.
- Continuation, renewal, or permanent employment subject to performance and business results.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and at least any of these (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu).
- Strong sales, marketing, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of generating new business opportunities.
- Previous experience in business centres, office leasing, real estate, or B2B sales is preferred.
