- Guide students and parents in choosing the right K 12 pathway (IGCSE & Indian Curriculum)
- Handle inquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into enrollments
- Clearly explain curriculum structures, assessments, and future progression
- Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow ups
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams for seamless onboarding
- Represent the organization at school visits, events, and education fairs
Requirements
- Proven experience in K 12 admissions or student counselling (UAE experience is a must)
- Strong understanding of the British (IGCSE) and Indian curriculum
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target oriented mindset with strong closing ability
- Professional, confident, and student focused approach
- Self motivated, organized, and proactive
