- Generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities
- Promote home maintenance, renovation, fit out, cleaning, and technical services
- Meet with clients and understand their requirements
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the UAE
- Experience in maintenance, renovation, fit out, or construction preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated with results driven mindset
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
