Sales & Marketing Executive – FM Building Cleaning Services \| Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a **dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager** to lead our team and drive business growth in **Facility Management & Specialized Cleaning Services** (**Deep Cleaning, Water Tank, Kitchen & AC Duct, Grease Trap, Linen & Garbage Chute Cleaning, etc.**)
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relations.
- Prepare and close proposals, tenders, and contracts.

Requirements
- 4–8 years’ experience in **Facility Management / Cleaning Services** sales in UAE.
- Strong client network and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership and target-achieving record.
- Valid **UAE Driving License** mandatory
