Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries including oil and gas, power, water, construction, and steel
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Create structured market and account plans to achieve sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Coordinate marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data
- Build long term client relationships
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong sales skills including lead generation, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closing in a B2B or industrial environment
- Proficiency in market planning and market research
- Solid marketing and promotional skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in Structural Steel sales or steel fabrication in oil and gas, power, water, or construction industries preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work on site and travel to client locations within UAE
