About the Role
Inspired Media LLC is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, prepare proposals, and support business development in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and project presentations
- Develop mini presentations and pitch materials for client meetings
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives
- Assist in marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional efforts
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow up
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or Client Servicing
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
- Professional appearance and client facing experience

Pay
- AED 6,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month.
