Role Overview
Support Hilton sales operations and lead generation while helping deliver memorable hospitality experiences.
Coordinate administrative, reporting, customer engagement, and business development activities for the hotel sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support through data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping.
- Assist with contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, booking reports, and loyalty reports.
- Research and evaluate unmanaged and prospect accounts to build and maintain a qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales peers, customers, and hotel partners to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls for unmanaged accounts and help deliver tailored solutions.
- Support departmental projects, customer engagement activities, meetings, and conferences.
Candidate Qualities
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and alignment with integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency.
- Use strong communication and collaboration skills when working with customers, colleagues, and hotel partners.
