About the Role
A sales and marketing coordinator is needed for an industrial rotating equipment maintenance and manufacturing company in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and propose technical service solutions
- Prepare technical sales presentations
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals
- Perform cost estimation for services and maintenance contracts
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Manage customer relationships
- Work with EPCs, OEMs, and end users in industrial sectors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or BBA/MBA
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support related to rotating equipment services and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, motors and generators
- Valid driving license
- Filipino, Indian, or Pakistani nationality with locally transferable Iqama
- Willingness to travel to customer sites

Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or BBA/MBA.
- Additional training or certification in rotating equipment or maintenance engineering is a plus.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support related to rotating equipment services and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement), compressors (reciprocating, centrifugal, screw), turbines, gearboxes, motors and generators.
- Solid understanding of maintenance services and spare parts manufacturing basics.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and propose technical service solutions.
- Experience in technical sales presentations, preparing commercial and technical proposals, cost estimation for services and maintenance contracts.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with EPCs, OEMs, and end users in industrial sectors (oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing, cement, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear customer benefits.
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
