Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive CRM & Sales Operations Coordinator with a deep understanding of the construction and building supplies industry.
- In this role, you will be the core driving force behind our sales pipeline, managing the complete customer journey from initial online inquiry to final project delivery.
- Utilizing CRM as your primary tool, you will streamline communication between contractors, architects, developers, and our internal teams.
- You will act as the digital face of our brand by managing social media channels to capture incoming trade leads.
- Once connected, you will guide clients through the sales cycle by calculating material quantities, drafting technical price quotations, and managing final project invoicing.
