ESAT UAE is looking for a Sales Marketing Consultant to drive B2B sales of software and IT solutions. The role involves lead generation, client outreach, product demos, sales conversion, account management, and market analysis.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients (B2B depending on product)
- Research target industries and companies
- Use tools like CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines
- Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Understand customer pain points and business needs
- Explain software features and benefits clearly
- Conduct product demos (online or in person)
- Tailor presentations to client needs
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle objections and follow up effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–5+ years in sales (preferably in software/IT/SaaS)
- Experience with B2B sales cycles
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs
- Proficient communication in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is preferred
