We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Managing Director And Sales Director
to lead the company’s
commercial growth and operational execution

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the
automotive spare parts / aftermarket industry
, with a proven track record in
expanding product portfolios, increasing sales, and entering new markets

This is a
hands-on leadership role focused on growth, sales, and operations

Business Growth & Strategy
- Expand the company’s
- product portfolio
- by identifying and sourcing new automotive spare parts
- Identify and enter
- new geographic markets
(Middle East, Africa, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategies to
- increase revenue and market share
• Sales & Commercial Development
- Lead and manage sales and operations teams
- Drive
- sales growth
- across existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and fleet operators
- Improve pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitiveness
• Supply Chain & Operations
- Manage supplier relationships and
- product sourcing (OEM / aftermarket brands)
- Oversee
- ordering, inventory planning, and supply coordination
- Ensure efficient product availability and minimize stock issues
• Collections & Customer Management
- Ensure
- timely collection of payments

- Monitor customer credit and enforce payment discipline
