Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Generate leads and close property deals
  • Handle client meetings and property presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Train and motivate sales agents
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and clients
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to achieve sales targets under pressure
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
