Overview

  • We are looking for a high performing Sales Manager for Wholesale Flooring to drive our sales footprint across the UAE and Muscat, Oman.
  • Managing a team of seven from our Umm Al Quwain HQ, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from strategic procurement and revenue growth to meticulous receivables management.
  • This role requires a strategic leader with a commitment to hands on execution to ensure RFT remains a market leader in the regional flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Drive the flooring wholesale division to consistently outperform both short term targets and long term revenue objectives through high impact sales strategies.
  • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain high value B2B partnerships with retail chains, interior design firms, and large scale contractors across the region.
  • Market Expansion: Lead the strategic transition into Home Centers and the B2C sector to aggressively capture and grow RFT’s regional market share.
  • Financial & Receivables Oversight: Protect the company’s bottom line by managing the full receivables lifecycle and implementing rigorous collection strategies to ensure optimal cash flow.
  • Global Procurement & Logistics: Manage the end to end supply chain by liaising with international manufacturers and regional representatives to ensure lean, responsive inventory levels.
  • Commercial Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and emerging market trends to provide data driven recommendations for product development and service enhancements.
  • Sales Team Development: Spearhead the recruitment, mentorship, and performance management of sales and administrative staff to ensure a high performing and motivated team.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver detailed, transparent insights to the Directors regarding regional sales performance, market positioning, and financial health.
