Our client Ramco is looking for a Sales Manager - Team Leadership & Strategy Development in Jeddah

The Sales Manager at Ramco plays a critical role in driving the companys sales growth by analyzing market trends and tailoring strategies to capture new opportunities.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.

The successful candidate coordinates team efforts to optimize productivity and deliver outstanding customer service.

They monitor sales metrics, provide regular feedback, and collaborate across departments to address challenges and enhance the sales process.

Demonstrating leadership while supporting a motivated, goal-oriented environment is fundamental to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a sales team of five, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Create and execute negotiation strategies to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent communication skills during all client interactions.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns promptly and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets through goal setting and incentives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve overall sales function and competitive edge.
