About the Role
Metromax is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate agents in Sharjah. The role involves driving sales strategies, recruiting and training agents, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales professionals
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular coaching
- Support agents throughout the sales process and help close high value deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership or management experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
