Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Manager – Secondary Market.
The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of secondary market sales by developing relationships with clients and identifying investment opportunities.
Responsibilities include devising sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and ensuring a smooth process for property buyers or sellers.
The role requires actively researching market trends, building trust-based client relationships, and maintaining adherence to the company’s values of transparency and excellent service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close high-value property deals
- Deep knowledge of the real estate market, specifically in the secondary market
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and foster long-term relationships
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development for property investment opportunities
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple ongoing projects efficiently
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in real estate
