Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Monitor team performance and KPIs; provide coaching and performance feedback
- Approve pricing, incentives, and special terms in compliance with company policies
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly followed up and converted
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, UAE labour law, and company standards
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions
- Handle escalated client issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high performing teams
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools
