Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Manager role based in Mena.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the end to end sales cycle, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across targeted markets.
  • Daily activities include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
  • The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, forecasting sales performance, and reporting progress to leadership.
  • The Sales Manager will work closely with cross functional teams to support account planning, customer satisfaction, and long term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology, engineering, or design services.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, build pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with capability to understand complex solutions, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working in Mena or similar regional markets and familiarity with local business practices is beneficial.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and standard office productivity software.
