Role Description

  • Full time, on site Sales Manager role based in Riyadh.
  • Lead sales activities for parking and event management solutions including identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing full sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations and event management teams.
  • Monitor market trends, develop sales strategies, set and track sales targets, and maintain accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Mentor sales staff and represent ParkIn at client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management with proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and proposal development, preferably in parking, facilities, or event management services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid analytical and planning abilities including market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in Saudi market and proficiency in English; Arabic language skills highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel locally.
