Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities for parking and event management solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and build/maintain client relationships
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with operations and event management teams to align solutions with client needs
- Monitor market trends, develop sales strategies, set and track sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Mentor sales staff and represent ParkIn at client meetings and industry events
Requirements
- Strong skills in sales strategy, business development, and account management with proven ability to achieve revenue targets
- Experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and proposal development, preferably in parking, facilities, or event management services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical and planning abilities including market analysis and sales forecasting
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort using CRM tools and productivity software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Experience in Saudi market and proficiency in English; Arabic language skills highly beneficial
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel locally
