What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, operations, or business leadership.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
- Excellent leadership and execution skills.
- Self driven, hands on, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, medical devices, or sports is a plus.
Compensation
- Option A – Co Founder: 10% equity (4 year vesting with a 1 year cliff), no salary during Year 1, salary begins in Year 2 based on agreed business milestones, 2% commission on company sales, performance bonus.
- Option B – COO: 5% equity (4 year vesting with a 1 year cliff), no salary during Year 1, salary begins in Year 2 based on agreed business milestones, 2% commission on company sales, performance bonus.
