Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retail and institutional clients
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Promote Forex trading products and services to prospective clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide market insights and support clients in understanding trading opportunities
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and business development activities
- Monitor market trends and economic developments affecting Forex markets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience
- Lead and mentor sales team members to maximize performance
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Forex Brokerage, Financial Services, Investment Sales, or related industries
- Sales and relationship management experience is required (not for Forex Traders)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of traders, investors, or financial market clients is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and financial products
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
