Role Overview
Lead a team of property consultants and drive sales of off-plan real estate in Dubai.
Manage sales performance, market strategy, developer relationships, and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on off-plan properties.
- Maintain relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of Dubai real estate experience, specifically in off-plan sales.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
