Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the sales team.
  • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for property consultants and brokers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure achievement of sales goals and profitability objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with property developers, landlords, and key clients.

Qualifications

  • Brokerage license.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations.

  • Experience: Real estate: 5 years (Required).
  • Language: English (Required).
  • Location: Abu Dhabi (Required).
