Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and investment real estate markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close property sales, leasing, and partnership agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
