About the Role
TalentSphere seeks an experienced Canadian Sales Manager & Product Specialist to drive business growth in the building products industry. You will manage distributor/dealer relationships, provide technical support, and conduct product training.

- Develop and support distributor and dealer relationships across Canada

- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience within building products, construction materials, or related industry
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems, decking products, building envelope systems, or similar construction products is an asset
- Experience working with distributor and dealer networks
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to provide product support and training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred
