The Impact you’ll have

  • Influence how major mining operations leverage technology, data, and automation to improve performance.

  • Shape customer outcomes by aligning technology solutions to safety, productivity, and operational objectives.

What you need to succeed

  • Mining engineering background or significant mining industry experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience selling mining technology, equipment, services, or operational solutions, with a strong understanding of mine site environments and value drivers.
  • Established network and credibility within the mining industry, with the ability to build relationships across operational, technical, and executive leadership teams.
  • Ability to effectively position a portfolio of mining technology solutions, including AI, machine vision, analytics, and automation products, by connecting technology capabilities to customer operational outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America with a valid passport.
  • Ability to engage and influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles.

  • A base salary range of CAD 87,000 to 110,000 DoE plus sales bonus
