Job Overview

  • Ahmadyar Developments is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Manager Off Plan with a strong background in real estate development within the UAE market.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in off plan property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the company’s portfolio of off plan projects to present strategic investment opportunities to real estate agencies and prospective clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long term relationships with agencies, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of individual sales targets, utilizing your expertise to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and present periodic sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Oversee and manage the closing process for all property deals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • Provide detailed feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline is required.
  • Proven 5 years of professional experience in Dubai with real estate developers on off plan projects.
  • Proven, tangible achievements in the sale of off plan real estate developments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and deal closing skills.
  • Strong ability to work effectively within a team oriented environment.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maximizing business opportunities.
  • An extensive and well established network of local and international brokers is highly advantageous.
