Ahmadyar Developments seeks a Senior Sales Manager with 5 years of experience in off-plan property sales to drive business growth and maintain excellent client relations in the UAE market.

Responsibilities
- Present strategic investment opportunities to real estate agencies and prospective clients
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agencies, clients, and key stakeholders
- Take ownership of individual sales targets and utilize expertise to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities
- Develop and present periodic sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates to senior management
- Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Oversee and manage the closing process for all property deals, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests
- Provide detailed feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitive activity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline
- 5 years of professional experience in Dubai with real estate developers on off-plan projects
- Proven, tangible achievements in the sale of off-plan real estate developments
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and deal-closing skills
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maximizing business opportunities
- Extensive and well-established network of local and international brokers
