Role Overview
ITW Food Equipment Group is hiring a Sales Manager for the Middle East.
The role supports Foster and Gamko, premium commercial refrigeration brands, and owns regional growth and commercial performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Own regional commercial performance across the Middle East for Foster and Gamko.
- Grow and support distributors, consultants, and design offices.
- Identify and secure new business across retail refrigeration and key accounts.
- Manage projects from specification through quotation and delivery.
- Build relationships with distributors, consultants, and end users.
- Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts and provide market intelligence.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- A track record of sales growth in the Middle East.
- Experience managing distributors and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend complex information and numerical data quickly.
- Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems.
Work Style and Regional Capability
- A growth-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and resilience to build opportunities from scratch.
- Cultural agility and ability to adapt approaches when working with diverse cultures and stakeholders across the region.
Preferred Background
- Fluency in English and Arabic is desirable.
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or refrigeration equipment is appreciated.
Role Details
- The role is home-based in the Middle East region.
- The position is a high-travel field role involving 50–70% travel.
- The role reports to the Export Director.
