Role Description

  • The Sales Manager – Luxury Villas is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates
  • Responsible for driving sales of Glass World’s premium glass and metal solutions to luxury villa projects and high end residential developments
  • Involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

Daily Activities

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery
  • Monitor project pipelines and sales forecasts
  • Conduct site visits
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical insights
  • Track market trends
  • Report on sales performance to management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within construction, building materials, glazing, or luxury real estate sectors
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals for high value projects
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications related to glass, metal doors, and windows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline
  • Comfort working on site with cross functional teams, including design, production, and installation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the U.A.E. construction and luxury property market and local regulatory environment is beneficial
  • Valid U.A.E. driving license and willingness to travel to client locations and project sites as needed
