Glass World is seeking a Sales Manager for Luxury Villas to drive sales of premium glass and metal solutions to high-end residential projects in the UAE. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with developers and architects, and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales of premium glass and metal solutions to luxury villa projects and high end residential developments
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery
- Monitor project pipelines and sales forecasts
- Conduct site visits
- Negotiate contracts
- Provide product demonstrations and technical insights
- Track market trends and report on sales performance to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development within construction, building materials, glazing, or luxury real estate sectors
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals for high value projects
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications related to glass, metal doors, and windows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline
- Comfort working on site with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of the U.A.E. construction and luxury property market and local regulatory environment is beneficial
- Valid U.A.E. driving license and willingness to travel to client locations and project sites as needed

Role Description
- The Sales Manager – Luxury Villas is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates
- Responsible for driving sales of Glass World’s premium glass and metal solutions to luxury villa projects and high end residential developments
- Involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with property developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers
