Role Description

  • The Sales Manager – Loyalty will lead sales efforts for Loyyal’s loyalty products & solutions, focusing on acquiring and growing enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • This full time, on site role is based in Dubai and involves managing the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for Loyyal’s loyalty products & solutions, focusing on acquiring and growing enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research, identify opportunities within the loyalty and payments ecosystem, and build strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with product and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Track performance against sales targets and provide regular reporting and forecasts.
  • Represent Loyyal at industry events, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty, with experience designing or selling loyalty solutions.
  • Demonstrated Sales expertise, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure program performance, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Project Management abilities to coordinate cross functional teams and ensure timely implementation of client solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or payments, ideally within the Middle East market, is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working in a fast paced, innovative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
