Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and increase sales
- Lead and manage the sales team, developing their performance to meet targets
- Leverage expertise in the agricultural sector to support sales and develop appropriate solutions for clients
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and maintain their satisfaction
- Analyze the agricultural market and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and monitor sales budgets and performance indicators, ensuring annual targets are achieved
Requirements
- Saudi national or resident
- 20 years of experience in sales
- Agricultural Engineering degree
- Previous experience in the agricultural sector
