Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jeddah.
- The specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the company's customer base, manage and analyze sales activities, and generate qualified leads for our technology solutions portfolio.
- Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining client relationships across government and private sectors, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, and collaborating with technical teams to meet sales goals and key performance indicators effectively.
- The ideal candidate will be capable of understanding and promoting our full range of technology
- products, including:
- ERP Solutions — Odoo ERP implementation and our custom-built ERP systems
- E-Commerce Platforms — Salla and Zid store development and integration
- Custom Mobile Applications — iOS and Android apps for various business needs
- Web Development — Corporate websites, landing pages, and digital platforms
- Property & Facility Management Systems — Specialized solutions for real estate and operations
Compensation
- Base Salary: SAR 4,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
- Commission: 10% – 20% of closed deals (variable based on deal type and interview-agreed terms)
- Total earning potential is significantly higher with strong performance
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales and Training for driving revenue, acquiring leads, and educating customers about complex technology products
- Expertise in Sales Management to oversee and optimize sales processes, track performance metrics, and lead sales initiatives effectively
- Ability to understand and sell technology solutions — including ERP systems (Odoo, custom ERP), mobile applications, websites, and e-commerce platforms (Salla, Zid). Prior exposure to SaaS, ERP, or tech-product sales is a strong plus
- Strong professional network and business relationships — candidates with existing connections in government entities, private companies, retail/e-commerce sectors, real estate, or SMEs will be highly preferred. The ability to leverage your network to generate leads is a significant advantage
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar sales or marketing role — particularly in technology, software, or B2B services — is a strong advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly required, given our client base spans local and international markets
- Willingness to attend client meetings, conduct on-site demos, and travel within the Kingdom when needed
