- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive end to end sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Forecast sales, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
- Ensure the team follows the complete sales process and CRM hygiene.
- Identify new market opportunities and create expansion strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales executives to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Pre Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Handle complex negotiations and resolve client escalations professionally.

Job Overview

Target & Incentive Structure
- Expected Performance Target: 8x–10x of the monthly CTC
- Minimum Mandatory Target: 6x of the monthly CTC
- Performance beyond the minimum target will be rewarded through an attractive incentive structure.
- Higher revenue generation will directly result in higher incentive earnings.
