Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share
- Generate new business leads within commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit out sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, clients, and developers in the UAE
- Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and contracts
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely submissions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring profitability
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a UAE based interior fit out company
- Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors in the UAE market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of fit out materials, processes, and project lifecycle
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
