Anton-OSS seeks a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of HR outsourcing and workforce solutions to oil & gas, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors in Dubai. The role involves developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients within the oil & gas, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors
- Identify client workforce requirements and promote HR outsourcing, recruitment, and technical staffing solutions
- Build strong client relationships through business development activities, meetings, negotiations, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored workforce and outsourcing solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, contracts, and conduct business negotiations
- Manage and grow key client accounts, identifying opportunities for cross selling and business expansion
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor contract performance and support timely collection of payments
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify business opportunities and improve service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in HR outsourcing, staffing, recruitment services, manpower supply, or technical workforce solutions is preferred
- Exposure to the oil & gas, engineering, construction, or manufacturing sectors is preferred
- Proven track record in key account management, tendering, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of HR outsourcing processes, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Strong presentation, proposal development, and client engagement skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Results oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel as required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to drive business growth
