Sales Manager – Hospitality

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, and corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Promote hotel packages, offers, and services to potential partners and clients
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations with key stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales
• Strong knowledge of the travel trade and tourism market
• Established network with travel agents and corporate clients is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
