About the Role
SDLG seeks a Sales Manager for heavy machinery to establish customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and lead a team in the allocated region. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience and fluency in Farsi.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, improve customer relationship files, expand business channels, and achieve annual business targets
- Follow up on the recovery of funds for related business and reduce bad receivables
- Achieve regional business goals by finding and developing prospective clients in the allocated region
- Lead a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion and achieving the monthly team target
- Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target
- Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met
- Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
