Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment rental services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into long term contracts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally during client visits, meetings, and industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Rental, Construction Equipment, or related industrial sectors
- Proven track record of generating business and securing rental contracts
- Strong network within Saudi Arabia's construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
