About the Role
AGFA HealthCare is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive partner-led growth in the UAE healthcare IT market. The role involves defining channel strategy, managing sales funnel, forecasting, and directly managing strategic healthcare accounts.

- Define and execute UAE channel strategy across distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Build and manage a robust sales funnel; own accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Prepare and execute annual and multi annual business plans aligned with revenue, margin, and cash objectives
- Ensure strict credit control and timely collections in collaboration with finance and partners
- Directly engage and manage strategic key healthcare accounts when required to secure or accelerate deals
- Drive partner performance through governance, enablement, and executive level engagement
Requirements
- Senior healthcare IT sales experience, preferably PACS / RIS or channel leader with strong UAE market knowledge
- Proven record in partner management, forecasting, and business planning
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including credit and collections responsibility
- Executive level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Role Summary
- Senior commercial role responsible for driving partner led growth in the UAE healthcare IT market, with full ownership of channel performance, forecasting, business planning, and cash collection.
- Acts as a trusted executive interface to key partners and, when required, directly manages strategic healthcare accounts.
