Role Overview

  • We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship focused Head of Sales & Distribution to lead revenue generation, distribution partnerships, and investor relationships across Dubai.
  • This role carries direct ownership of channel partner ecosystem, broker network development, UHNWI and Family Office relationships, CRM pipeline governance, revenue KPIs and RM performance management.
  • The position reports to the Director and plays a central role in scaling ShareSquare’s distribution model in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
  • Drive capital raise through direct investor acquisition and partner channels
  • Close high value investments and strategic partnerships
  • Build predictable revenue pipelines
  • Act as primary relationship manager for channel partners
  • Manage relationships with real estate brokers and agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with UHNWI, Family Offices, and wealth managers
  • Structure referral and commission frameworks
  • Expand the distribution ecosystem across the UAE
  • Build long term relationships with HNWIs and institutional investors
  • Ensure high service standards and investor retention
  • Represent the company at networking events and investor meetings

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, distribution, or capital raising roles
  • Strong background in financial services, real estate investment, wealth management, or fintech
  • Proven experience managing HNWI, UHNWI, or Family Office relationships
  • Experience building broker and channel partner ecosystems
  • Strong CRM pipeline management experience
  • Revenue and KPI driven mindset
  • Leadership experience managing teams or freelancers
