- Proactively prospect and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts for fire fighting, alarm, and life safety systems
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and property developers
- Conduct site surveys with technical team to understand client requirements
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Stay updated on Civil Defence codes and competitor activities
Requirements
- Experience in sales management of fire life safety services or AMC
- Knowledge of Civil Defence regulations in UAE
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Proactively prospect and secure new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for fire fighting, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and property developers.
- Solution Selling: Conduct site surveys (with our technical team) to understand client requirements and present customized safety solutions.
- Deal Closure: Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in alignment with Civil Defence regulations.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Civil Defence codes (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, RAK) and competitor activities.
