Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Manager specializing in FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Smart Workspace Systems.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and creating customized solutions for clients.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, driving sales growth, leading client presentations, managing contracts, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Account Management.
  • Sales skills, including Lead Generation, Negotiation, and Closing Deals.
  • Familiarity with Smart Workspace Systems, FFE products, and solutions for modern work environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, propose tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the workspace systems or FFE industry is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
