Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on exhibition stand design and functionality
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyze sales data
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the exhibition stand building industry or related field
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self motivated, results oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Job Description
- As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by managing and expanding our client portfolio.
- You will be responsible for developing strong, long term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations.
- Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their business objectives and ensure our services align with their goals.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and by acquiring new clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on exhibition stand design and functionality.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met. Oversee the entire project lifecycle.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the exhibition stand building industry or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of exhibition stand design and construction processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
