Job Description

  • As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by managing and expanding our client portfolio.
  • You will be responsible for developing strong, long term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations.
  • Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their business objectives and ensure our services align with their goals.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and by acquiring new clients. Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on exhibition stand design and functionality.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and met. Oversee the entire project lifecycle.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role in the exhibition stand building industry or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of exhibition stand design and construction processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay

  • AED5,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
