Sales Manager (English-speaking markets)

Responsibilities

• call and invite people to meetings
• fill in data in the CRM system
• generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
• reconnect with customers
• customer support - answering current questions
• achievement of the sales plan
• We are looking for a candidate with:
• good communication skills in Arabic and English
• good negotiation skills
• ability to effectively work in a dynamic and growing start-up environment
• proactive and mindful of the competitive business environment
• experience with CRM systems
• not afraid of phone calls, knows how to develop and maintain relationships with clients
• behaves ethically and professionally in communication with people
• excellent written and oral communication skills
• has experience in calls and sales from 1 year
• has experience or good skills in the field of marketing
• speaks English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level and above
• manages submissions and reporting
• performs cold sales as needed
• creates, develops, reviews, submits and tracks proposal response documentation
• maintains a database, records all phone calls and answers in the CRM system
