Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment in Abu Dhabi, focusing on ELV and Security Systems projects
- Build and nurture long term relationships with key decision makers, consultants, and contractors to become a trusted advisor
- Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored ELV and Security Systems solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, Public Address, BMS, and more
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with client requirements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our solutions
- Work closely with the technical, pre sales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer information in the CRM system
Requirements
- 5 7 years of progressive sales experience in Enterprise Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems in the UAE, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi
- In depth understanding of various ELV and Security Systems technologies and solutions
- Proven ability to navigate the Abu Dhabi enterprise market, including government, semi government, and large private sector clients
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is required

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive significant growth within the enterprise sector.
Position Summary
- We are looking for a results oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in ELV and Security Systems sales within the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the security and ELV market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client management.
