Job Summary
The Sales Manager is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The role drives Emerson Fluid & Motion Control business across Saudi Arabia.
The position owns sales growth, market penetration, key-account activity, and customer satisfaction in the allocated region.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Fluid & Motion Control products, solutions, and services across assigned industry segments.
- Visit distributors, OEMs, EPCs, stockists, end users, and other existing or prospective customers.
- Identify sales opportunities, maintain project opportunity lists, and develop the opportunity pipeline.
- Assess customer requirements and pain points and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, volume structures, business opportunities, and contracts within delegated authority.
- Develop sales and growth strategies with business development and sales support teams.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, project pursuits, and customer development activities.
- Follow up on quotations, execute contractual commitments, and address customer needs.
- Report market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to supervisors.
- Collaborate across Emerson platforms and business units and ensure trade compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in pneumatics products and a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and adaptability to diverse customer environments.
- Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills across teams.
- Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation, a similar vocation, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of sales, account management, technical sales, or business development experience with a proven local track record.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Significant high-level negotiation and commercial experience.
- Ability to travel according to business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fluid control or pneumatics is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of Emerson ASCO, Topworx, and Tescom products is preferred.
