Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies for ultraluxury properties
- Conduct high level sales presentations, property viewings, and negotiations with high net worth individuals and investors
- Coordinate the entire sales cycle from initial client contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Develop and implement customized sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand BEYOND’s footprint in the luxury real estate market
- Evaluate client needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations aligned with BEYOND’s property offerings and investment opportunities
- Recommend financing options, property configurations, and investment strategies to clients
- Provide expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment potential of BEYOND’s luxury developments
- Facilitate smooth execution of all sales transactions, ensuring timely delivery of documents and compliance with legal and financial standards
- Optimize sales processes and strategies leveraging client feedback and market analysis to enhance sales effectiveness and conversion rates
- Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, and Development) to ensure client communications and marketing materials align with BEYOND’s luxury brand
- Network with high net worth individuals, real estate investors, and industry professionals to build and expand client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, collaborate to strengthen partnerships, share market insights, and drive sales
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration
- 5 8 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales in UAE
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure
- Target and result oriented
- Experience dealing with high end customers

Competencies
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration.
- Experience in Specific industry/Role/Region: 5 8 Years of experience in Real Estate Sales in UAE.
- Technical Skills Required: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, attention to details, ability to work under pressure, target and result oriented, experience dealing with high end customers.
- Physical Job Requirements: The positions require outdoor meetings, long standing hours and might require travelling.
