Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices to achieve assigned team sales targets
- Personally contribute to the team's gross profit target
- Coordinate with the marketing team to guide lead generation and campaign efforts
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales team members
- Coach and mentor sales executives through structured training, role play, and performance reviews
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets, identifying gaps and driving corrective action
- Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting through the CRM
- Own and manage key client and OEM/vendor relationships
- Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, reporting standards, and CRM hygiene across the team
- Coordinate closely with management on sales strategy, pricing, and go to market execution
- Provide regular performance and pipeline reports to senior management
- Represent OMX Solutions professionally with clients, partners, and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; strong relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of sales experience in the IT solutions, hardware, or technology services industry
- 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Experience hiring, training, and developing sales talent
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel regularly to the Abu Dhabi office
- UAE experience strongly preferred; valid UAE driving license required

Role Summary
- We are looking for a driven and hands on Sales Manager to lead and grow our 5 person sales team across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- This is a player coach role: you will carry a personal sales contribution alongside end to end responsibility for team performance.
