Role Summary

  • We are looking for a driven and hands on Sales Manager to lead and grow our 5 person sales team across the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
  • This is a player coach role: you will carry a personal sales contribution alongside end to end responsibility for team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices to achieve assigned team sales targets, while personally contributing to the team's gross profit target.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team, guiding and supporting lead generation and campaign efforts.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop sales team members.
  • Coach and mentor sales executives through structured training, role play, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and accurate forecasting through the CRM.
  • Own and manage key client and OEM/vendor relationships.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes and CRM hygiene.
  • Coordinate closely with management on sales strategy, pricing, and go to market execution.
  • Provide regular performance and pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Represent OMX Solutions professionally with clients, partners, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; strong relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the IT solutions, hardware, or technology services industry, including 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Experience hiring, training, and developing sales talent.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and sales reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in Dubai, with willingness to travel regularly to the Abu Dhabi office.
  • UAE experience strongly preferred; valid UAE driving license required.
